Protect your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

FINE JEWELRY CARE
Wash your Erin Gallagher Fine Jewelry with gentle hand soap, rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth. Using jewelry dips or polishes is not recommended as they may contain harsh abrasives. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products. Always remove your jewelry before swimming and exercising.
Gold will not tarnish over time. Over a long period of time, the rhodium may slowly wear off the white gold (and become more of a cream color, but the solution would be to re-plate at a jewelry repair shop.) Unless someone is wearing their piece daily and getting skin or hair products on it, dirt really shouldn't be much of an issue either. If that's happening, they will need more than a polish cloth; it would need to be professionally sonic cleaned and steamed at a repair shop.
FINE JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY
If within one year of the original purchase date a fine jewelry piece fails during normal use because of a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair with like quality materials at no cost. If a fine jewelry piece is damaged after the first year, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost.
Erin Gallagher, Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
All fine jewelry must be securely packaged preferably in the original jewelry box and include a completed repair form filled out by a sales or customer service representative. Please contact Customer Service to request a repair form.
Please allow 15-20 business days for your repairs to be complete. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Repair processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
